Choosing a property dealer in Dahisar and Borivali

The western suburbs have thousands of intermediaries and very few consultants. The difference shows in what they volunteer without being asked — water timings, society politics, redevelopment plans, litigation history.

Ask for the brokerage terms in writing before the first site visit. Ask which listings they represent directly and which are sourced. Ask to see the last three transactions they closed in the same building or cluster.

A good dealer will talk you out of a bad deal. If every property you are shown is described as an opportunity, you are being sold to rather than advised.
